No matter the size of your wedding, we’ll make it unforgettable. Together, we can create a unique, warm, heartfelt ceremony filled with laughter, authenticity, and personal touches that reflect your story. Let’s make your personalities shine, leaving you and your guests feeling connected and uplifted.

The ‘Signature Ceremony’ package includes:

  • A first face-to-face meeting or via Zoom/Facetime (whichever you prefer) and a follow up meeting to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).
  • Preparation of all other legal documents (Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, two official Marriage Certificates and a Ceremonial Form 15). Lodgment with the state’s Births, Deaths & Marriages.
  • A fully personalised ceremony script, with all the legal components, plus your own vows, rituals, songs and readings. Think authentic – this is YOUR day! Of course, I’ll assist you in writing your personal vows. 
  • Advice on selection of music for every stage of the ceremony (bride’s entrance, the signing of the documents, recessional, etc).
  • My unwavering support  and regular catchups via phone call, email and Zoom/Facetime to ensure you feel confident and prepared. I’ll be by your side all the way.
  • Use of my high-quality PA system, with hand-held wireless microphone.
  • An optional ceremony rehearsal to walk you through everything, if you’d like extra peace of mind before the big day.
  • Travel within 30 km of Adelaide CBD. For locations beyond this, a small travel fee of $20 applies for every additional 10 km, payable in advance. I’d love to discuss your ceremony location and any travel arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly.

A Brief and Beautiful Occasion

Monday to Thursday $700 Weekends and public holidays $850

For weddings of up to 40 guests, the Brief and Beautiful Occasion keeps things light-hearted, with everything needed to make it official, without losing the warmth or joy. It may be less elaborate than The Signature Ceremony, but it’s far from a dull registry wedding during business hours. It’s still all about you – I’ve got you.

The ‘Brief and Beautiful Occasion’ package includes:

  • A first face-to-face meeting or via Zoom/Facetime.
  • Assistance in preparing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and other documents virtually (Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, two official Marriage Certificates and Ceremonial Form 15). You email me your completed sections and I do the rest, including lodgment of all documents with the state’s Births, Deaths & Marriages.
  • A ceremony with all the legal components – my official Celebrant’s welcome, the required legal vows and signing the documents. There is minimal script personalisation, but it will include the ‘asking’, the ring exchange, the kiss and the couple’s presentation.
  • Catch-ups via phone call, email or Zoom/Facetime to ensure we have covered all the legal requirements.
  • Travel within 30 km of Adelaide CBD. For locations beyond this, a small travel fee of $20 applies for every additional 10 km, payable in advance. I’d love to discuss your ceremony location and any travel arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Sidekick

Monday to Thursday $600 Weekends and public holidays $750

Some couples want a close friend or family member to lead their wedding, which is perfect for the reception. But in Australia, a legal marriage must be officiated by an authorised celebrant (yes, we actually have to study for it!). The good news? I can be your bestie’s sidekick, taking care of the official and legal parts while they tell your love story.

The ‘Sidekick’ package includes:

  • A first virtual meeting via Zoom/Facetime.
  • Assistance in preparing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and other documents virtually (Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, two official Marriage Certificates and Ceremonial Form 15. You email me your completed sections and I do the rest. Lodgment of all documents with the state’s Births, Deaths & Marriages.
  • Guidance to your chosen ‘unofficial’ celebrant in the preparation of the script, so we can make it a seamless ceremony.
  • Travel within 30 km of Adelaide CBD. For locations beyond this, a small travel fee of $20 applies for every additional 10 km, payable in advance. I’d love to discuss your ceremony location and any travel arrangements to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Ringmaster – MC

Monday to Thursday $550 Weekends and public holidays $700

Let me run the show while you sit back and enjoy. As your reception MC, I’ll keep things fun and flowing, making sure everyone knows when to speak, eat, dance, or toast. No need to rely on a stressed-out friend or family member. Share your run sheet with me, and I’ll handle the rest – your go-to guy with a mic, lots of energy, a sewing kit, and a few tissues just in case.

The ‘Ringmaster’ package includes:

  • Liaising with you and/or your wedding planner and/or venue staff to ensure the reception timeline runs smoothly.
  • Announcing key moments such as your entrance, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, your exit, etc.
  • Welcoming your guests and setting the tone for the evening with warmth, humour and energy.
  • Introducing speakers (parents, best man, maid of honour, etc.) and providing context for their toasts.
  • Ensuring smooth transitions between speeches and food to maintain a seamless flow.
  • Adjusting the schedule as needed and keeping guests informed with timely announcements.
  • Handling unexpected changes, delays, technical difficulties or challenging guests with professionalism.
